Mrs. Margaret J. Davis, of Thomas, Tex., Route 1, is anxious to find some one who knew here husband, William Allen Davis, as a Confederate soldier. He enlisted at Dadeville, Ala., in a company of Wheeler's Cavalry, but she does not recall the company and regiment.
