Rhea Kuykendall, 11 West Akard Street, Weatherford, Tex., wants to learn the battles participated in by his grandfather, John L. Kuykendall, from Green County, Ark., a veteran of the Mexican War. He was captain of Company H, 5th Regiment Arkansas Infantry, C. S. A., also captain of Company F, 5th Regiment Trans-Mississippi Arkansas Infantry, known as the 30th Regiment, recruited at Pineville and paroled at Wittsville, Ark., May 25, 1865.
