D. S. Lane, of Latta, S. C., wants to communicate with some comrade who served with him in Company C, 1st Regiment of South Carolina Regulars, commanded by Colonel Dunnavant. The first lieutenant was Burnett. Mr. Lane was badly wounded at Johns Island, S. C. Please write him in care of W. B. Allen, Commanded of the Camp.
