Capt. Thomas G. Page died suddenly in Glasgow, Ky., on May 12, at the age of eighty years. He was in good health to the day of his death. He served as captain of Company E, 6th Kentucky Infantry, C. S. A., and was a gallant soldier. He never missed a battle and never received a wound, except slightly at Murfreesboro; was in the war from first to last. He is survived by his brother, G. R. Page, who was with him throughout the war. Captain Page was a true Christian and an ardent member of the Masonic fraternity. He was ever devoted to the cause for which he had fought and attended the reunions of his comrades to the last. Many friends and relatives mourn his loss. [J. A. Murray]
