Mrs. W. Dunn Peebles, of Carson, Va., would be gratified to get information on the war record of her uncle, Addis Emmett Dobie, of Sussex County, Va., who enlisted in the Confederate army during the last year of the war, at the age of sixteen. He was in the battle of the Crater, and she thinks he was a color bearer at the time.
