After an illness of several years, Alexander D. Richardson, seventy-seven years old, died at his home in Seattle, Wash., on October 9, 1921. He was a retired shoe manufacturer, going to Seattle thirty years ago from Waco, Tex. Mr. Richardson was a veteran of the Confederate army and a member of the Confederate Veterans' Camp of Seattle. He was also active in Ionic Lodge of the Masons and the Myrtle Chapter of the Eastern Star. He was born in Sumter, S. C. He is survived by his wife, and a daughter, Mrs. L. E. Wheeler, of Seattle.
