Augustus Tappin-A native of York County, Va.; thirty-eight years old; owns no land; farms upon rented land and gets oysters. Arrested at his home on the 13th or 14th of June in Elizabeth City County, where he resided. Professes extreme loyalty and took the oath of allegiance.
