The room in which Miss Sallie Tompkins died in the Home for Needy Confederate Women, Richmond, Va., on July 25, 1916, is to be turned into a hospital ward for the old ladies as a memorial to Miss Sallie. Any one desiring to contribute to this cause may forward the amount to Miss Emanuel Raab, Treasurer, Home for Needy Confederate Women, Richmond, Va.
